Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

Original tags and packaging must be intact

Must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

Gift cards

Personalised or custom-made items

Items marked “Final Sale”
How to Start a Return

Email us at returns@thetotecompany.com with your order number and the reason for return.

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.

Securely package your item and ship it back using a tracked service.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed.

Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty or incorrect).
Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Received the wrong item or something arrived damaged? We're sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo and description, and we'll sort it out ASAP.
Return Shipping
